We support a wide range of local, national and worldwide charities as well as inividual people.
The 'Message in a Bottle' scheme is administered in Buckinghamshire by the Data Link Partnership which includes all the Lions clubs in the area, Buckinhamshire County Council, the emergency services and others. The scheme provides a plastic bottle which contains medical and other information which are of valuable assistance in case of emergency in the home. By reading the contents, those called out to the emergency are able to look after the person in difficulties and also, by co-operating with other organisations, can arrange for care of pets or indeed other people for whom that person themselves provide care.
