We raise funds in a number of ways.
Our Charity Concert in 2011 on behalf of the Friends of the Florence Nightingale Hospice raised £750, and we hope to hold another in late May.
During the Summer months we visit local shows and fetes and provide either a barbecue service or a china smashing stall.
At other times of the year we

organise a bric-a- brac stall on Aylesbury Market - see the photo below of our Immediate Past President John Binstead with our latest recruit!

sell children’s LCD lights on Bonfire Night

sell roast chestnuts on Saturdays leading up to Christmas - last December we were at the Wyevale Garden Centre at Worlds End and Aylesbury's Market Square.

carry out a Christmas collection so that we can make up food parcels for less advantaged residents.
We have also carried out collections at Morrison's, on behalf of the Marie Curie Daffodil Appeal.
